“Why aren’t all government websites equally easy to use?” – this was our starting point and has been our guiding mission ever since.
We asked ourselves two basic questions: 1) Why can’t government service information be easier for residents to find and navigate, regardless of their needs or where they live? and 2) Why wasn’t government service information more openly available, up-to-date, and simpler for 3rd parties to utilize?
To answer these questions, ASUKOE Partners developed the Universal Menu to categorize and standardize government service information, while creating a back-end system to aggregate the data and streamline the updating process for governments.
